Anilao, only 2 hours away from Manila, is endowed with vibrant reefs offering a diversity of marine life, excellent for spotting macro critters. Some of the most intricate and complex marine ecosystems are found in this region.
Puerto Galera is situated on the northern peninsula of Mindoro, which is seperated from Luzon by the Verde Island Passage. Waters are flushed by the current on the South China Sea, resulting in strong currents, which makes the area well known for its spectacular, exhilarating drift dives.
The Verde Island Passage is very deep and therefore clear water is very common at the dive sites of Puerto Galera, along with a fantastic variety of underwater flora and fauna.
