Typhoon Provision

By cancellation due to the weather condition or mechanical reasons so that the boat does not leave the port, the trip may be rescheduled.

The coast guard will issue clearance to sail. However, decisions on weather conditions and safety of the boat are at the sole discretion of the captain. Weather conditions that may cause cancellation of a trip: high waves, strong winds, typhoons or a severe weather warning forecast.

For circumstances beyond the customers control such as canceled or delayed flights, an attempt to re-schedule the trip will be made but a refund will not be issued.

In the event that guests cancelled within normal weather conditions and despite of coast guard clearance to sail, the trip will NOT be re-scheduled and no refund will be available, payment is forfeited.
